You know as I started that article I was laughing, someone is actually crying that the Georgia guy was not offsides on the punt block? But I gotta say that missed false start on the 4th and 4 TD pass was really hard to understand. The ref is standing right on the line, who does he miss that? Man football refs have been TERRIBLE this season.

But let's be real here. Alabama deserved to be in the playoffs and clearly were the champion this season. To argue otherwise is stupid.

In all games there are officiating errors that you can point to. Georgia still had a multiple score lead which the defense failed to protect and the offense failed to build upon

It was a great game and I expected a loss, since Alabama is better than they are and even when they were up two scores you knew the tide were more comfortable under the pressure. Just because there were a few litrle things that could have been called differently does not mean this wasn't a great game, a gritty win by Alabama, or an overall deserving loss by georgia and THAT is the point.

I'm not going to be dumb enough to bite on this so if you want to appeal to other georgia fans and try to turn them into conspiracy theorists then be my guest. Georgia did not make the plays to win the game themselves, and that at least shouldn't be too difficult for you to understand...

Dang Saban has a SERIOUS set...I still can't believe he brought in a freshman at halftime of the national title game. The whole college football world was ready to say, "perhaps everyone has finally caught up with Bama", especially if they lost two national title games in a row, and then BAM! he brings in freshman, and they win the game in dramatic fashion. Now, they will definitely be the favorite for years to come, if this new QB stays healthy.

What an awesome game!

IMO you are right, but nevertheless Bama won last night and we should give them credit. I was disappointed in Georgia's defense in these playoffs. They couldn't stop Oklahoma and their defense played terrible in the 2nd half last niight.

I would say they were gassed, the 2nd half UGA offense was abysmal. UGA OC should have been tied to the front bumper of the bus on the way home for 2nd half play calling.

I had that one even. I thought the tying TD was on the lucky side. Pretty sure the WR that caught it wasn't the intended target. Great play by him. Not to mention that play never should have counted. Harris jumped early.
