That idiot coach wasted his last timeout with 6 minutes to go

A timeout to remind them of the situation would come handy

Never waste your last timeout with that much time left in a game

This is simply wrong. There was a timeout a few plays earlier by NW. You think a coach should have to call a timeout to say "Ok now we are winning so don't foul"....what is this fucking kindergarten basketball?

If a coach uses a timeout with 6 minutes remaining and the game spiralling out of control, and the team gets back into the game, would you rather he save it for the final minute for when his team is still down 10? It completely depends on the situation the game is in, and a good coach knows his team can execute at the end of the game without the need for a timeout. A bad coach ends the game down 10 with a timeout in his back pocket. A good coach uses his timeouts whenever they are truly needed, whether that is with 8 minutes left or 10 seconds.

I feel bad for VA Tech. We are better than a normal 8 seed and we still lose if we shoot like we have in 80% of the games this year. Their offense shredded a defense ranked #8 in KenPom.

Tech played their assess off. If the Big Ten seeds hadn't been all fucky, they might have had a more reasonable opening round game and they could have advanced.

Pretty damn ugly. I don't know what happended to 3 point shooting in College basketball but its becoming a lost art
