ILB HAASON REDDICK , OG LAMP, RB COOK.... im leaning on a ilb that can cover how many times did the skins blow coverage on TE and How many times did a TE have a record breaking day against are Defense so as of NOW the Redskins with the 17th pick select Haason REDDICK TEmple ( we are the red skins might as welll have a red dick to)

He's been very impressive in shorts and a t-shirt no doubt. They just put up a comparison of Reddick against Deon Jones I believe. Even though Reddick has 15 pounds on dude 237 to 222, He ran a faster 40, 4.52 v 4,59, had a better vertical, and a better whatever other drill thay had up there.

Reddick is a favorite. FA will tell us a lot on what we do at #17

There is a trend with redskins drafting in the last 2 draft in the first round shreff and doctson never got interviewed at the combine by the skins so far haason reddick has not got a interveiw so when the offical who the skins interveiw at the combine list comes out we can be targeting at 17 someone not on the list (in the first rd anyways)

i think reddick can help with skins 3rd down issue covering a TE or blitzing it make since things are slowly adding up bring in a one of the best dline coach tomsula he can make some dl players better but i think skins are going ilbs that can blitz and cover that would be bigger help then anything

I believe Reddick has moved into the middle of the first round with his workout today. He is the 2nd best ILb behind Foster.

I got Foster, Redddick, McMillian b/c of speed, and then Cunningham. Those should be the top 4 ILB's.

case for lamp is if drafted 17 i think in year 2 he will be a pro bowler then we will have a solid oline for 5 to 8 years plus it will be a safe pick like shreff... williams, lamp, long, shreff, moses .we can still work on the rt spot

obviously must either upgrade at RB ...

or upgrade run blocking to give Kelly/Jones/Thompson a better opportunity

what they can not do is make no addition to either and expect the pitiful run game to improve.

this tweet from a few hours ago makes it sound like they're content with Rob

DT or ILB are the two positions we need to improve. Not the only two but to me two key spots. The Skins have to improve their rushing defense. I too am hopeful Tomsula can help whoever we have on the Dline.

agreed ... but depending on what they do in FA combined with who happends to be the BPA available on the board at 17 might dictate going Oline

Guards such as Indiana’s Dan Freeney (6’4″, 304 lbs), Pittsburgh’s Dorian Johnson (6’5″, 315), Western Kentucky’s Forrest Lamp (6’4″, 305 lbs) who can convert from tackle, and center Pat Elflein (6’3″, 300 lbs) from Ohio State, are names to remember for the Burgundy and Gold.

FA does effect the draft, I agree. Lots to happen in the next month and a half.

Leonard Fournette weighs 236 and ran a 4.51 for that size is pretty impressive I would get him down to 225 lbs and feed him the ball

I'm going to say other than RB, QB & ST -- I don't think the 'Skins can blow the 1st round. Fournette and Cook will be gone. Lamp, as mentioned will be an all-pro(at least pro-bowler) in his 2nd-3rd year. Good options at ILB, DT, OLB that will be there or will drop. Ross should be there, also with the Cousins trade looking to be a total bluff, the media will have to hype up the QBs -- that were ALREADY going to get drafted high anyway.
--The kicker is Hooker will probably be there at 17 but much like Leonard Williams, we may pass.
