The refs have been dreadful this year. That was tough to sit through. I didn't even root. I just watched. Dallas really helped us tonight though.

I was hoping for the tie, IM not happy Dallas won.. but Im not hurt that the Vikes lost effectively taking them out of the wild card hunt unless Washington, Green BAy and Tampa all implode.

Being 2 up on everyone in the loss column besides Tampa, who goes to SD Sunday feels good.

I tried pulling for the Cowboys but after a few plays in I knew that I couldn't. It's an impossible task. I blame their obnoxious fans for that. I understood that even with a Vikes win the Skins controlled their own playoff chances. This game was a clunker. Does anyone honestly believe that the Vikes are a threat to us? They couldn't even generate any offense on a mediocre defense. Their receivers made Cowpokes corner back Brown (same guy that our receivers torched) look like Richard Sherman. Nah, Vikes don't worry me at all. GB don't worry me at all. To be honest,, Tampa don't even worry me at all. The teams that worry me are Arizona, Carolina and our two remaining division games. We need to, at worse, go 3 and 2 last 5 games to have any shot at WC. The gift games we handed Dallas in the beginning, Detroit and Cincy have now made these last 5 very very important.

Two words will be the reason that the Wizards will never go anywhere for a while - Ernie Grunfeld. Worst GM is sports. Similar to the Redskins a few years ago - until they get someone else to run the FO they will be the laughing stock of the NBA. That guy most have pictures of someone to still be in that position.

A friend and avid Cowboy fan once asked me if I would root for them against the Vikings. My answer...Of course I would root for them provided that they no longer played in the NFCE, retired that farkin' star, and moved out of the state of Texas. I tuned in to watch the last few minutes of the 3rd quarter and most of the 4th, pretty pitiful effort from both teams based on what I saw.

As i said, the logical approach for me was to hope for the tie, and the Vikes almost got it too.

IF this team is going to make the playoffs, we need to win games, not hope others lose games from here on out so we back in. We win four of the next five we are in. Had we won two of our four losses where we had a chance to win, this wouldnt be an issue.
