What's going on with Booker? Is it him or the blocking, or both? I will probably start Tevin Coleman over him next week if Coleman is active.

Its mostly the line not being able to execute Kubiak's zone blocking scheme, and also defenses not respecting Semien doing anything beyond 15 yards..but yes, Booker didn't seem like he wanted it very badly today either

Give Booker one more shot next week against New Orleans instead of going with Coleman against Philly or Hyde against Arizona? Maybe Coleman and Hyde won't be active and I would have no choice anyway. Hopefully Ware will be back for me. C. West didn't do much for me today.

I'd start a healthy Coleman or Hyde over Booker regardless of match ups, except maybe if they were playing a top 2-3 rush D...and even then, I'm still starting Coleman.

I personally find all this Bibbs chatter laughable as had oakland made a tackle on that screen, no one would remember his name today. But, untIL Denver's oline starts executing the zone blocking better, Booker is a flex play

I found it funny as well, but word is spreading like wildfire. Crazy season, man.

NBC Denver believes Kapri Bibbs could supplant Devontae Booker as the Broncos' lead back in Week 10.


Speaking Monday, coach Gary Kubiak said Bibbs had earned more work. Booker played 46-of-56 snaps against the Raiders, compared to nine for Bibbs, but longtime beat writer Mike Klis believes "(that) ratio figures to change in Bibbs' favor vs. New Orleans." Booker out-touched Bibbs 11-3, but Bibbs out-gained him 80-30 thanks to a weaving 69-yard touchdown reception. Booker has been extremely ineffective through two starts in place of C.J. Anderson, gaining just 76 yards on 29 carries (2.62 YPC), but we'd still consider him the favorite to lead the Week 10 backfield. Bibbs will undoubtedly be more involved, however.
