Chef's a good guy. I'm Alright.
Unless I'm wrong, then he may want to "cut me down with those Angry Eyes."
Surprised @Barilko didn't jump all over this?

Interesting you bring this up Monkey.
Sometimes too much information is a bad thing.
With so many guys under-performing, I'm looking at matchup statistics as I set my lineups.
Problem is, some of the "site-provided" comments may advise you to sit/start the player based on past performances, or even last week's performance.
Some "comments" go against the way I was leaning.
I start second-guessing myself, wondering if I'm taking a risk?
Giving in the "expert advice" has been killing me too much this season.
But so has a tentativeness to not follow my gut/instincts.
I guess i was "Asleep At The Wheel"

I have John Brown and was thinking about dropping him with this sickle cell shit and grabbing Corey Coleman, who was supposed to be out 4 to 6 weeks. This would be week 5, I think. I know one guy is looking at him, so if I want him, I would have to act before the next waiver period (Tuesday). I figure there is no way I will use Brown now, even though I wouldn't have before the information came out. Brown has been inconsistent, but I was a believer and stuck with him. Now, my confidence is fading and I like Coleman to come back strong. What do you kids think?

Go for it. Brown has only had one good game this season and now he's dealing with a leg injury. Coleman is coming off a broken hand, which I think is less of a big deal compared to leg injuries.

Yeah... I don't think Brown is done for the season, but he may miss a couple games. Coleman should be back before then. And you're spot on with the hand vs leg factor.

I just read that the leg pain is being caused by sickle cell trait. Not sure that makes it better than having a typical hamstring injury, but at least Brown finally knows his condition. Also, Tevin Coleman has sickle cell trait, and it hasn't kept him from having success. However, I'm reading that it affects people differently. For example, Ryan Clark lost his spleen and gall bladder after a game in Denver, while Coleman had no problems. Glendale, Arizona is about 1,100 feet above sea level. I wonder if that's high enough to be a risk factor for Brown.

You won't find a bigger John Brown fan than me. That's for sure. And I dropped him! 5 man bench league...but still. Probanly dropping him in my 8 man bench league too. Even if he's healthy, Palmer and the Cards are just not in sync. I was WAY wrong on that one this summer.

I would testify to that. .no one has the faith in John Brown that TKO does. .probably not even Arians or Palmer

Rex Ryan is a flat-out idiot. Seriously. How. stupid. can. you. be?

Moron. That jerkoff deserves to lose for the rest of the season.

McCoy predictably sucked. He played like a guy with an injured hammy. Oh yeah, the Bills knew that he had an injured hammy. Maybe Rex Ryan forgot. What makes it worse is that they probably would've won if they had just went with Gillislee.

From Rotoworld:

LeSean McCoy acknowledged he felt "a little pain" in his hamstring while running a pass route in the third quarter of Sunday's loss to Miami.

Asked if it would have been better to sit against the Dolphins, McCoy replied "You might be right." Players always want to play, but it is incumbent on teams to protect players from themselves in situations such as this. Coach Rex Ryan took the ignorance-is-bliss approach after Sunday's game, saying "We thought he was fine" and "I don't know that he wasn't 100 percent." McCoy is now very possibly staring at a multi-week absence. Great job, Bills.

This. Example of Rotoworld's analyses (and I'm paraphrasing)

Before Week 6: "Alex Smith has a dream matchup against the Raiders; He is a QB1".
After Week 6: "Well, Smith blew that one."
Before Week 7: "Alex Smith has a dream matchup against the Saints; He is a QB1".

Odds are they are going to get it right sooner or later, but you get my drift.
Just continuing this conversation...
When considering FA this weekend, I seriously pulled the trigger on Chris Thompson. Then let what the geniuses at ESPN wrote influence me:
"Washington's leading backfield receiver is only occasionally useful as a flex play, but more strongly so in fantasy leagues that count catches. Don't get too excited to use him against Detroit, a team that has limited RB fantasy points this year."
Thompson had 113 all-purpose yards today (11 pts) :L

I'm disgusted. Seriously. This isn't rocket science. Gilly got more work in all the games where Shady was full go. I'm flabbergasted.

Just when I starting to like him again....
