I was thinking after the leadoff HR, that sometimes isn't a good omen. Bats tend to be quiet for awhile when that happens or maybe I misremember

I liked the two base hits after that. Then nothing.

Certainly would have loved to have gotten the guy at 2nd. But we've got an inexperienced 1st baseman, and he didn't feel comfortable throwing the ball outta fear of hitting the runner.

So be it. Much better than making a bad throw.
