Bad respect for the Raptors. Class guys right there
Raptors had Valunciunas injured and have a major hole at the starting PF position and made it to the ECF Game 6. Much respect for them as you said. They have some very difficult decisions to make in the offseason with DeRozan and Biyombo free agents and a top 10 pick in the draft. Ujiri could really set this team up if he could bring the important pieces back and parlay that 9th pick and 23rd pick into a legit PF.

I hope the series on the other side goes 7 at this point regardless of who wins.

Just to take an informal poll of the Cavs haters....are you guys starting to get nervous? Big 3 played AWFULLY well yesterday.... @bksballer89 and @TurnUpTheHeat as the co-chairs of the Cavs Haters- what do you guys think? Do you predict Cavs losing in 5 or 6 games? just for the record of course....

Nervous for what? I have said for months that i think the cavs would beat OKC. Just ask @gordontrue . Golden State is a different story. Yeah they played well yesterday but OKC and GSW are a much bigger challenge than Toronto which is clearly obvious. These 2 teams would beat a healthy Toronto team in 5 at the most.

What this clown Wiggy doesn't understand is that i don't let dislike for a fanbase or team get in the way of my prediction. If that was the case i would have predicted the Warriors to lose every series....same goesfor the cavs. I pick who i honestly think are going to win the series

"There's definitely a different feeling," James said at the postgame podium, flanked by Irving and Love. "I didn't appreciate last year myself personally on getting to the Finals. Just so much was going on in my mind, knowing that Kev was out for the rest of the season and knowing that Ky was dealing with injuries all the way from the first round.

"I just didn't appreciate it. It's definitely a different feeling. Having these guys right here at full strength, having our team at full strength, and the way I feel personally, I appreciate this moment, to be able to be a part of it and to be there once again."

24-4 in the East playoffs over the last 2 seasons. I just dont see how any team in the East challenges the Cavs in the foreseeable future absent some major major shakeups. There is absolutely ZERO chance that the Cavs Big 3 is not back for next season. I love that Channing Frye still has 2 more years left at about less than 8 million a year- great value for what guys will be getting.

I thought Gilbert was a little crazy paying all that tax money to bring in Frye who was not doing shit for Orlando- i thought hed be the 8th or 9th guy....he has really stepped up and become an important part of the rotation and a big time plus in the locker room- and is signed up for a couple seasons going forward- WELL worth the money. IT helps having the biggest wallet in the game sitting in the Owners box.

Full strength = no excuses.
Wasn't Love just benched during game 4?
Then all the chatter of how he doesn't fit, once again?

Beating a mediocre Raptors team means nothing.
Judgement day for him starts soon enough.

Of course.
I might want a team to lose, but if I think they will win I will say so.
I just said I thought Cavs will beat Ok City, mostly cause of HC.

The finals will be a different animal. Hopefully wiggy understands that. The Warriors and Thunder are so much better than any team they played so far. Cavs will have to take their game to another level (especially their defense) if they plan to win the title

Yeah I've been saying the same. Gordon just asked me the other day. I told him i think the cavs would beat okc in 7. Entering the playoffs i thought they would win in 5

I don't know. At this point, I think I might give OKC a better chance, especially if they win tonight. I think a healthy Cavs might actually matchup better with GSW than OKC.

The only player the Cavs have who can do anything with Durant and Westbrook is Lebron and he can't cover them both at the same time.

The amount of rest for both teams in the finals is pretty ridiculous. Never seen an NBA finals with this much rest. Guess this is what happens when Lebron cry about not having 2 days off last year

I'm basing my prediction solely on what Durant's teams look like going against Lebron when he was with the Heat or Cavs. Obviously they look different and you could take their losses out of the gate being due to Billy Donnovan being a rookie head coach. At this juncture, he's not really a rookie when you're getting this deep into the playoffs, same with Lue.

Not sure who I want to win tonight. I personally want the team that will kick the Cavs' teeth in. You'd think that if Toronto could take Cleveland to 6 games that the West winner would beat the Cavs. But it's all about match ups.

Yeah, folks keep bringing up the Durant vs. Lebron thing. The difference to me is that the Thunder never had this Russell Westbrook. He seems like he has figured out how to channel all of that energy that he has much better than at any time in his career.

They have so many athletes, so much length and they all seem to be on the same page for a change.

Plus, Durant has to figure out how to stand up to Lebron sooner or later, doesn't he? :noidea:

Yeah. I think they will be really motivated. I don't think he or Westbrook forgot 2012. Its not like Lebron shut him down. It just that his teams usually win but Durant still get his

Yeah, this is also the best version of Westbrook we've ever seen. But the thing that I find most surprising is how athletic Adams is. Knew he wasn't a statue, but had no idea he was as athletic as he is.
