Did not think that the way the year has gone for the Spurs and Heat that the Heat would still be in the playoffs and the Spurs eliminated.

Timmy was the best SPUR on the floor tonight.

Quit retiring him.

he can still play

They just need to find some better roleplayers.

West, Boban, Simmons, Miller, Bonner, and Martin sucked ass for them most of the year.

SMH. Having one good game isn't going to win a playoff series. Playing a more athletic team really exposed his inability to keep up. There's a reason they were riding
LA & Leonard all post season. TD had his run, has been a great player but father time has definitely reared it's ugly head. He needs to hang them up and I hope he does so this summer.

I am telling you. Aldridge is good on the stat book, but he isn't your go to guy in any situation and most certainly doesn't have the strength in his shoulders or back to carry a team/franchise.

His career in Portland he underachieved. Had some great numbers in the books, but overall disappointing. At the end of the day you will look at the stat book and think, "Wow he had a good game". but you won't realize he had a good game until you see the stats.

Yeah, he's not #1.

But, with Kawhi on the roster, he doesn't have to be.

You guys think Durant is most likely to stay in OKC now?
After beating the Spurs, he has to atleast feel like they can compete with the best imo.

ALDRIDGE is from Texas.
ALDRIDGE played at Texas.
ALDRIDGE has a small son that he missed that lived full time in San Antonio.
Everyone of his best friends and family are all living with him now.

If anyone is a parent on this thread, imagine living 1000 miles away from your children or living half a mile away.
It was never in doubt that he was coming to one of the Texas teams once his son was born.

It had a lot more to do then just chasing a ring.
That is just a stupid narrative by bitter Blazer fans.

That's what I'm thinking. He seems like the type that wants to be the alpha on his own team he help built. I don't honestly think he would be fully comfortable playing with a bunch of other superstars on another team.

dude cmon now.....

he took 2 meetings with LA- and supposedly was privately HOPING the Lakers would stop tripping over their dicks and convince him to come from what I have read.....

I do not doubt what you are saying is true- and it played a huge role....but its not like places outside of Texas were not options--- LA and PHX included.

The Warriors are going to be in big trouble if the Thunder can keep this big lineup on the floor. The Warriors have a chance if they can make shots and run the Thunder with their small lineup; similar to what they did when the Cavs were dominating them through three games last year with that huge lineup of theirs. Lastly, the Warriors will have to shoot lights out because they are going to get only one shot each time down while the Thunder will get two or three.
My initiial thought is Thunder in Six

This is all part of Pop's plan in winning the 2017 NBA Finals. He's just resting his players early as now for the next season!!

Depends on what happens versus GS.

If Golden State kicks their ass, he is gone.

The Warriors are a younger team, so they will be there in the way the rest of his prime.

He will likely head to the Miami Heat if the lose badly to Golden STate.

I take back the drinking comment.
Clearly your thinking with an unhazed mind.
