Can't wait!
Are they? I haven't bought a movie in a while, but it seems like Blu Ray was really dragging ass in its takeover. I think we've used our blu ray player like 3 times. After getting a few blu rays to go with the player I went back to just getting dvds because they're cheaper and I couldn't tell much, if any, difference...I really need to buy a Blu-Ray player now that DVDs are being phased out

Just saw it. I liked it. The superhero genre is so tired these days. There wasn't anything brilliant here but I laughed more than a few times and it never got boring. I'll take this over Batman Part 17 everyday.
No, it's really not.
Captain America Winter Soldier was a great movie, superhero themed or not, and Civil War is as good or better. The superhero genre is trending up and getting even better.
I agree about Winter Soldier. It was a good film, not just a good superhero film. I think it could've been amped up a little more....I can't remember the last Marvel flick where I was actually concerned about a superhero losing or even getting hurt badly. Winter Soldier came the closest in a long time. No, it's really not.

What made Capt America Winter Soldier really different from other Super Hero movies? I actually didn't see it so I may not be picking the best example to my point, but figured I'd ask since you cited it.
Good acting, compelling plot, great action scenes... same things that make other good films different from other films.
You saying super hero films are tired assumes all superhero films are the same. It's as uninformed as saying comedies today all suck, or music sucks these days because of what you hear on the radio.
