It's about as reaching as thinking it's Eugene just because he gave Rick the bullet making recipe....lol...or Abraham because he's wanting to chill and become a father....or even Aaron, mainly due to him being a fringe cast member, or someone else that isn't as "beloved" as some of the others. and LOL @ "taking it like a champ" nonsense....YAWN.
Has anyone entertained the theory that it could also be Dwight??
What would be more unpredictable & convincingly meaningful for Negan to do in front of everyone, than to off one of his own troops that's fucked shit up for him and the person mainly responsible for getting many of his people killed by Rick's group.
If only they hadn't wrapped Newhart up...
One of my parents favorite shows when I was a youngster and one of the few my father approved of for family friendly. Funny shit and that blonde was some serious pre-teen boner material.
Director Greg Nicotero (don't pronounce his name wrong or you will feel the Wrath of Gimple) did an article defending the cliffhanger ending. Addressing the frustration of the fans, he talked about watching The Empire Strikes Back and being blown away when Vader says "I'm your father" to look. He goes on to say that he was extremely frustrated because he had to wait two years to find out what happened, hence his understanding of TWD fans' frustration.
He doesn't understand. What happened in Star Wars was a revelation. What happened in Walking Dead was a teaser.
Big difference.
So anyone else feel like Jeffrey Dean Morgan was channeling Michael Scott in his monologue? I thought it was badass but kept on waiting to see that shit eating grin followed by "that's what she said".
Ending was trash. This isn't 1987 where audiences will tune in to see who shot JR. We all know what happened in the comics and we want to know if it goes down like it here. Now we get to talk about it for a couple of months until season 7 starts filming and the spoilers come out.
Ha!
Mrs Redfoot asked me why I was pissed after I watched the episode and I told her because "they pulled some who shot JR bullshit!"
they just had three chances to really kill Glenn good. If Negan is such a psycho killer, he would prefer to see more victims suffering because of what he did. There is too much story with Maggie and them looking for a doctor, and killing the weak does not really show his power. If you are really in that world, you are not going to kill a hottie like Rosita and I would not think that Negan would know to hurt rick by killing Michone.Yup. The cliffhanger should have been the death. Kill whoever and then cut to black. But we shoulda known.
That way if they did want to do a death like Abe, Eugene, Aaron at least the season ends on their shocking death.
Now waiting 6 months only to reveal a lesser character is just bullshit. No intensity and an anticlimactic victim.
Whoever it is that was killed, will still be shown in flashbacks and backstory, so they will still be a castmember that has to show up to shoot.
They could be full of it, but I swear Maggie said on Talking Dead, that they(the cast members) didn't even know who it was that was Lucilled.
In last weeks episode I don't get how Carol could hide an automatic weapon in the sleeve of her jacket? We didn't see it it before she got out of the car and it disappears after she shot the Saviors when she went for one of their guns. Did anybody catch that?
Smallest I know of is the Trejo pistol. It's relatively easy to make any semi-automatic into a fully automatic though by shaving the sear so it tips too easily. The problem with one in your sleeve would be the cycle of the slide. It would most likely jam immediately (after mutilating your arm). The dimensions of a magazine fed from the sleeve would be problematic as well. It's fiction written by non-gun people.@Bridgeburner - care to weigh in on this discussion and your knowledge of the smallest fully automatic handguns?
