Almost as dumb as including it to begin with.

But that's my point, why do you choose THAT silly detail to get hung up on?

I remember on a previous board, people being all 'AWESOME' about the episode where Carole shot the flaming arrow into the tank.

But holy schnikes, where was the internally consistent logic in that scene? She didn't know where the rest of the group were being held. They MIGHT have been in a building right next to the tank. Sorry main characters, you're all roasted.

But I spent about 1.5 seconds mentally grousing about that scene in my own head, before AGAIN, opting in for the ride, and enjoying the rest of the show. Because it's that kind of show. It's got really stupid shvt due to the nature of the storyline. What's real? The Road. But that shvt is depressing. Who wants to watch that?

So when people get all verklempt about a mud puddle being a non sequitur, I gotta' assume that they're in that legion of people who have the most fun just bitching and moaning about the show.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Kinda' awesome really.

Says the guy that has now written 3 windy diatribes in response to me stating that the scene was dumb.

Yes I'm disagreeing that that particular scene was something to get caught up in.

Hey, I LOOOOVE talking about the show. And it wouldn't be near as much fun without people like you and my old buddy Payton from the previous board, who also likes to find weird little things to obsess about with the show.

I'm not saying 'shvt up, don't comment on the show.' Far from it. Keep going.

I'm just saying that I disagree, that's all.

'Windy diatribes.'

Nice. :)

Wow. This season has been on point.

I was going to say I'll bet Heath and Tara are the ones who will get captured, but I obviously forgot about Maggie and Carol.

Shit's getting good! I liked this episode a lot. I even overlooked the fact that Glenn and Heath found the heaviest sleepers imaginable to kill.

And the preacher gets off a killer 'amen'. :)

Don't laugh but I haven't follow the Walking Dead because I figured I was so far behind but this season so far is really good. Maybe I'll binge watch the previous seasons.

Like I said after the MSP. I think this springs batch of 8 episodes is easily going to be the best batch this show has done.

The final 4 are only going to get crazier.

Tara didn't die this episode. But I still think she's done for soon. A long with a few others.

I'm pretty shocked so far. I've loved each episode, and I keep waiting for the "filler", but they just keep on going. This was one of the best sequences in the comics, so it's understandable, but not a given. The prison was my favorite comic sequence, and I don't think the show did that nearly as well. I think this time the changes they've made, and the original content they've written, have worked real well.

Yup. And like I keep saying as well, these episodes continue to show that episodes where all or at least most of the main cast are present with a chance to shine are always far more entertaining.

Finally cutting down on the follow a couple characters bench the rest BS.

I will say, kinda calling B.S. that Maggie goes with the group. She's fucking pregnant, c'mon now. Her reasoning kinda makes sense, but it applies more to Rick than Maggie. Sure, she said the words in the deal, but it was Rick's idea.

Oh chf, chf.... You forget who is who dear chf...

I was not one of the arguing freaks of vangate. I never cared if it landed on its front, back, top or wheels... You have me confused with others.

But tell me you understand the difference between suspension of belief that, okay, there are zombies.... As opposed to, "Rick can plan and take over an entire compound, but can't avoid a mud puddle.

I already said it isn't a big deal, but really... What was the point of that? Cmon TV boy, what was that? Filler? We'll just have the camper get stuck in the mud because.... well... shit. I don't know really, but wouldn't it be funny?

Cmon chf, you b reachin' for reasons to roll your eyes these days.

I was pretty pumped for this episode all week but then when I realized the title was "Not tomorrow yet" and they were talking about going on their mission "tomorrow" it started to look like this could be a filler episode where they just show all the characters getting ready for the mission that would happen next week. It certainly looked that way at first with Carol getting a boyfriend, Abe dumping Rosita, the Tara and Denise stuff etc. Glad I was wrong! And once again, next week's doesn't look like it will be filler either.

Maggie's stubborn heroic attitude is getting so annoying! "I'm going!" "You can't stop me!". I thought that maybe when she told Aaron (and the viewers) she was pregnant that it would be the end of it. But nope, she insists on going on this mission which was potentially their most dangerous ever, just because she negotiated the deal? Why not stay back and help defend Alexandria in case something were to happen?
