Game Thread: Seattle Seahawks @ Baltimore Ravens

Baldwin and Lockett have combined for 15 TD catches this season - that is the most Seahawks have had from 2 players in the same season since Burleson (9) and Engram (6) had 15 in 2007 (Tate and Rice combined for 14 in 2012). Our team has been rather impressive the last 5 weeks.

Yeah, you actually need a pocket to throw in it. WTF happened here? Our o-line went from the worst in the league to one of the best? We had a spell of some pretty bad play calling but Bevell obviously has it dialed in again.

I expect Wilson to continue to throw today - with the team's 2.5 ypc from Jackson and Harris.

Baldwin's becoming a top 10 receiver in the league. I don't care where he was drafted. He's top 10 at this point. He's not fast but he isn't slow. He gets off the line great, runs some of the tightest routes in the league and has great hands. Throw in the intensity and you have a straight up balla!

Yeah, I was one of the biggest bashers but he was right. You give Wilson a pocket and he'll tear it up.

We could probably beat them with TJax. It would be a close game but I would still make us a favorite.

Not just him. Rawls wants to make it in the worst sort of way. He needs to learn when to just concede the tackle though. The play he got hurt on is something Lynch would have been able to truck through. I don't think Lynch would have broken the tackle, but he'd be upright after the contact because he's a flippin freak. Rawls (and nobody else in the NFL for the last 10 years or so) could do something like that.

Well, I think now that Bevell/Carroll (or maybe just Bevell) pulled their heads out and realized, "Hmmm, we are paying him $22M and he threw from the pocket in College. Should we try throwing from the pocket?" it's worked.

Course as I predicted VERY early in the season, it takes time for an O-Line to gel. Very few (if any) O-Lines come out with 3 new starters (Britt to LG) and dominate. Always takes playing time as a unit to get good. Look at what just the loss/replace of Chancellor does.

Played the 'we can't win' card all through the first half and look at the outcome.

Couldn't keep it up over the second half though. How you can manage to do it for a full 4 quarters is beyond me.
