PROMOTE CHRISTINE MICHAEL. All is solved, lol. That guy is the stuff of fantasy lore. So much interest in a player that has done shit in the NFL

Off the break??

For starters a Center who can remember the snap count.
One or two WRs with some size and speed would be nice.
A RB who can actually hold onto the ball

Maybe a DC who isnt affraid to play a press cover scheme with that single high safety lok we seem to be in love with. For the love of BOB, blitz occasionally already.

Yep & also this is likely it for Hatcher. Too much money for too little production. Also - find another playmaker on D whether it is a safety or a LB & try to stress someone who is relatively smart and disciplined. This team doesn't need another headhunter who can't stick with their assignments.

Yes I was, thank you.

SO now I need to be literal? OK By cut every one I dont mean an entire new roster. We all know that is impractical from a talent and salary cap perspective. But I will say again, if this team fizzles our down the stretch, I see no harm in cutting guys like Hatcher, Garcon, Jackson and most of the other bloated contracts we have. If this team again finishes with double digit losses, we need to really embrace the rebuild and bring in a bunch of young hungry players.

If the other option is to simply chaulk this season up to rebuilding and we maintain 75% of the roster, maybe SMGM doesnt really have the chops to do it after all.

Hey man if you are going to put up a post suggesting they cut the entire team or fire one of the best talent evaluators in football after year 1, this after claiming to have had 24 hours to collect your thoughts, you were just begging for a response. I was simply fulfilling my obligation.

Be careful. I have faith in SM, but that doesn't mean that it is a guarantee for future success. However - you can't judge things based on one season & SM warned fans as much. Just because certain players (especially younger ones) don't play lights our or make mistakes doesn't mean that they need to be kicked to the curb.

This is all about what we constantly see posted on this forum - player development which can take years in many cases. We have also seen complaints about younger players not being disciplined or following their assignments - this can certainly be corrected over time. The Redskins roster consists of many, many players in their early-mid 20s. This team needs to practice patience & realize that some players need time. A good FO will know which ones are worth retaining & I think that this team has a good FO.
