I haven't seen anyone else note this yet so if you did I apologize. I have had a couple of posts about not rushing to judgment. Let's take a look at something I think is important and also is a sign that with growth the trend may change.

Skins are 3-1 @ home; 0-3 on the road.

Cousins 6 TDs vs. 2 Ints @ home
3 TDs vs. 6 Ints away

Again I think it is a process. It seems certainly for Cousins but I would say for the entire team. I am glad to see the home record better. The team hasn't been a good home team for awhile so that is encouraging. Now if they can ramp up the away games a little.

Actually the Falcons road game was a very good one for the Redskins. Unfortunately - it included a bad mistake at the end (don't care about whose fault it was) that decided the game. The Jets game was against a superior opponent & the Skins were very good in the 1st half. Perhaps yesterday will provide a catalyst that at least makes them competitive in most of the remaining 2nd halfs of this season. The Giants game was just a bad one & for whatever reason the Giants have owned the Redskins recently.

I wasn't assigning blame, just making an observation. Considering the next two away games are at NE and at Carolina it is hard to imagine that trend getting better soon but we all know .... "on any given Sunday."

?? I wasn't implying that you were assigning blame. I was just clarifying that the road games were not as bad as some may think. The Pats game is probably a lost cause (is true for just about any team). The Panthers game? Who knows - this should be similar to game against Falcons so Redskins should have a punchers chance.

well we will be hard pressed to get a win vs either of those 2 clubs but lets hope we are competitive . i think the team is improved but when those losses come it will be back to KC chokes , and burn gruden at the stake

Well - against the Pats I believe that folks should refrain from judgements on anyone since that team is just at another level. I certainly don't place the Panthers in that same category. They have not really been routing anyone & their schedule is very soft. I am not discrediting them - just presenting an accurate picture. That game reminds me a lot of the Falcons game so I give the Redskins a legit shot to still be in the game till the end.
