Regular Starting line-up and Rotation

We had a great thread going on the loco board last year in which regulars were put in positions on a baseball team. Style of posts and overall personalities, of course, played a big role in what position each regular was nominated for.

So what the heck. I'll get it going. Hope the rest of you can fill the other positions. Might be a fun way to start the season.

1. Batting 1st, playing second base: CalSnow.

This versatile poster sets the table regularly. Creative in his approach, he leads the league in bunt singles, opposite field hits, and hit by pitches. He also has a vast knowledge of the 2nd baseman in the minors, so he knows what he must do to keep his job.

I always picture Tzill as the set-up man with the high k rate...and the first guy running toward the field when the benches clear...

I was thinking the same thing about being the first one off the bench. I thought of him as the pitcher who you think your about to crack but then makes the perfect pitch to put you back in your place.

But I also want to say that he is our most clutch hitter, coming up with the big gif hits when we need them most.
