I guess...? He's been her only ever boyfriend, according to this paper, so I guess she just wants to date a whole bunch of people.

(For the record, I kind of got the sense that this is what happened to me when my first girlfriend dumped me, except that I was her fifth boyfriend, not her first.)

yeah I really don't understand that. If the only reason you are breaking up with someone you love because you want to date around, you'll end up wanting them back at some point... just my opinion though

I agree. That's why the thought just doesn't occur to me when I'm in a relationship. If I'm happy with the girl now, I'm not going to worry about whether or not I'll be happy with her later.

And it was a profound comment. And it's true. To me, nothing exceeds natural beauty. Just seeing grass growing lush and green on campus can capture my attention. Nature is incredible, and that astonishment doesn't end on the surface of the Earth. As you said, the universe in and of itself is immensely beautiful.

My current girlfriend is basically my first. I mean I had 2 others in high school, but they were typical high school relationships, 2 weeks and then its over. I really don't concider those to be actual relationships though.

I've always wondered what motivates people in relationships to do what they do, especially near and at termination. You seem to follow the same "if it's not broken, don't fix it" mentality that I do. When dealing with something so difficult to define as love, just let yourself be happy if it's working out.

I also don't understand when people get nervous about a relationship because it's going "too well." Just ride it out. If something goes wrong (and it will, don't worry, because that's the nature of life), deal with it then. Take it in stride.

Why all the needless worrying in this world?

And today I got my glasses that I will have to wear all the time now instead of just when I'm trying to read a board or watch TV....

I had to get glasses a few months ago for some reason my wife loves them and a bunch of girls around here have started hitting on me.I think they make them think I am smart little do they know
