I really hope they actively try to get these two involved in the offense. Still high hopes for Latimer, but he was pretty underwhelming during the PS, and I hope he was just nervous and will get better as we go. I think Norwood is the ideal slot guy. Super quick, can break in or out on a dime, if a LB tries to cover him - LOL......just get him the ball. Fowler is just a "go get it" kind of guy. 50/50 balls. Gimmie Fowler on those all day. Plus, if these guys get going early, they can help draw some attention off Sanders and DT.

Still wish we could've dropped Caldwell and kept Steven Johnson, but I'll live.

I agree - it would breathe some life into the Bronco offense to have Fowler and Norwood getting snaps.

Norwood and Fowler are two of my favorite recent additions

But I loved Gerell Robinson, so what the heck do I know ?

( and lets not forget Chris Cole )

Very happy for these two guys. Norwood last year was on the team until he had his injury. Always hate to see that happen to a guy fighting so hard to make the roster. So happy that he got some redemption this year and made the team. Also with him possibly on the field it gives us the luxury of keeping Sanders on the outside. While Sanders can play the slot the slot receiver seems to take some of the bigger hits going over the middle. I would rather keep Sanders on the outside and watch him shine once again.

If you are worried about Sanders getting hurt, here is something more to worry about. Our new #1 punt returner:

Emmanuel Sanders will be used as Broncos' punt returner

Probably the #1 thing with Sanders that could derail a great season is injury. It has been his biggest weakness in the NFL. I'm hoping that Omar can rise up and just take the role so we don't have to worry about Sanders trying to be our punt returner.

Sanders can't be any scarier returning punts than Mr. Concussion Wes Welker. I don't think it'll be that big of a deal him returning punts as long as he's smart about it and doesn't take any stupid hits because he didn't want to fair catch.

Twice?

The one that really blew my mind was against SD. Decker broke like 3-4 tackles through the middle of SD's coverage only to break free and trip on what must have been a Buffalo Wild Wings sprinkler head.:gaah:
