I fear we're in a similar position. I just cannot believe what shit return we've gotten on that investment. Josh came with inherent risks. Choo looked as close to a sure thing for at least the first four years as you can get. It's mind boggling.

He's just been awful, but to now blame it on anything but himself is the most mind boggling. You start taking about your manager, or the FO, or your team. You should just give back your contract and leave, after you are the one that let everyone else down.

If I'm JD, I'm looking for any way to unload him. He's sunk cost at this point. I don't care if he performs well for another team. I don't want him anywhere near my clubhouse.

Choo has been a huge disappointment no doubt. Offensively and defensively. Not as advertised. But my take was he owned up on injuries hurting him last year but only blames self this year. Not sure other than one incident where he was questioned that was poisonous to any chemistry in locker room. I really don't care re that. I want our players to produce and win games. I don't they move Choo this year but if he does not get it figured out, this offseason may be different. Already different now with him sitting against the LHP.
