was hoping he would be competitive with his team and sort of create a Jackson/Riley rivalry again like they had as coaches, only this time both playing GM....Especially reignite a classic rivalry in New York/Miami. Instead, Phil has been greatly disappointing in every single decision he has made as a GM.
