Was nice to win in a park we tend to struggle in a bit. Tough series next in the Bronx.

Banister has this thing about subbing for the trail runner, getting a steal of 2nd to avoid the DP. We've seen Choo PR for, Mitch and Prince. (think I've got that right). I think its a good idea to keep those bats still in the lineup in a close game late in case goes to extra.

Maybe I'm wrong ... like I have been to this point on DeShields ... and Choo.

We picked up a game on every team in the division. The Astros have a tough 4 game series with DET and Keuchel doesnt pitch any of them. We need to at least win the series in NY.

You are correct on those thoughts. I noticed that Boston did not take out Ortiz as they were down 2. I know one time we were tied with a man on 3rd (lead run) and Choo on 1st and we PR for Choo which made no sense. Now if Choo was the lead run I can understand it.

I don't give a shit if DeShields hits a single home run. As long as he's getting on base he can virtually steal anytime we need him to. Plus, with his speed he'll end up with some extra bases anyways.

If Hamilton can be a legitimate threat this offense might just have a chance with a 1-6 of Choo, DDJ, Fielder, Beltre, Mitch, Hamilton. Moreland is really doing work so far. If he can stay healthy, he'll produce.

Power doesn't imply HRs, I was speaking about extra base hits, which includes but doesn't mean only HRs, sorry you didn't understand that
