The OL is a concern and it is the reason why Foles was hurt. It will probably be the reason why a fragile Bradford will get hurt again provided he fully recovers to playing status from his present injury. I have got to question the management on this. Do they really think that the offensive line will not incur injuries too? The line hasn't any depth and is weaker because of Herreman's absence. Should the line perform like it did last year then Bradford will not have the opportunity to show his talent, and the run game will suffer (Murray ran behind a tremendous line last year).

I hope that the line will be able to step up their play but I am not betting the farm on it.

PFF has the Eagles as the 2nd best line in football last year, even with all the injuries...

2014 PFF Offensive Line Rankings | ProFootballFocus.com - Part 4

Its one of those dilemmas. If you draft a guy, he most likely won't play, while they had needs at lots of other positions. But if they have an injury to a tackle, they will find themselves going from all pro to UDFA. Its by far the biggest drop off on the team, but also you only see that sort of drop off as the quality of at least 4/5 of the offensive lineman is really, really good.

Its really a pretty good sign for a team, when the biggest risk is the quality of your offensive lineman 6 through 8.

I hope we stay healthy this year just like everyone else. Bradford is a gamble based on his injury history. I think that is what Sanchez is still here. Folks may have more potential than Sanchez but look very similar in this offense. When a solid defensive backfield Sanchez wins a few more games.

I am sure that will make some more changes.

I don't think there is any drop off from Herremans to Barbre. I agree we could use some depth but those UDFAs have impressive credentials and size.

I watched all the Eagles games and if our line was second best I would hate to see the worst. It was average.

I would agree. I do think that better QB play and our North and South running attack will make them look a lot better.

Some decent WR threats will also get the D off the line.

if only we had a speedy guy that forced defenses to account for him with his speed.. that allowed other WR's to see better coverage protections.

And if that guy showed up every week and in playoff games and knew how to handle press coverage and wasn't an azzhole...
