as i've said over and over again, tennis is a game of movement more than anything else. nole would have to have a terrible day to lose to a 30 year-old giant.

i'm not trashing isner at all.

isner played as well as he possibly could. really great stuff from him. you'll never see me badmouth inser, ever. he has maximized his talent to the furthest extent possible. i'm proud of what he's done in his career, and if our youngsters like sock and harrison had half his heart and commitment to hard work off the court, they'd be in the top 15.

raonic is lethargic even for a tree.

it's why nadal can get away with returning serve from 20 feet behind the baseline, and have zero problems holding serve himself. he has all the time in the world against raonic all of the time.

it will be another severe beatdown in tomorrow's semifinal against fed, so congrats to fed haters in advance.

Worth the brief diversion from college basketball. Why are they at the same time this year? Indian Wells always ended the week before March Madness started.

i can't believe what i'm seeing.

raonic cut down errors by hitting a little less aggressively, and he's been able to pull nadal out wide on his backhand, and then hit that bullet inside out forehand of his to nadal's forehand side for a bunch of winners.
