OT Im going to destroy my neighbor

He gets all fucked up has hookers over (I live in a high rise) and all I hear is fuck you ****, your a bitch and so on...He smacked his kid when with his wife and I heard it but before I could get dressed the Buffalo PD had four cops outside his door and took him away. I was going to kick his ass and I am not a small guy.

She left him with the kids and and now he is at it again. I am going to go over kick his ass I swear I will. That little shit has a few beer's and thinks he can take on the world.

The night he smacked his kid I got dressed called security and by the time I got dressed there were four Buffalo PD at his door. They knocked and said open the door and he said "Fuck you I aint opening for no one". The BPD said if you don't open this fucking door NOW we will bust it in. I looked out my peep hole and there where four BPD three male and one female and the one dude must have been 6'6" and they were loaded for bear.

They took his sorry ass away but it pisses me off that a guy would hit his kid and and wife.

The good thing is the BPD were not to friendly with him.

Any man that hits a kid or a wife is a big time pussy imo.

I told the cop's I was going to kick his fucking ass and the said "please just call security and the BPD" I was loaded for bear that night and saw him on the elevator a few days later and he said "How ya doing Steve?" I said fine but John if I ever hear you do that again you better hope the BPD gets there before I do because I will fucking kill you"

I don't think you said anything I wouldn't have said myself. That being said, Call BPD. Lawyer and court cost will either fix his ass, or force him to move. I'm sure there must be something in the rental agreement he signed. I'd rather see his ass in jail than yours buddy.

Absolutely Not!!!!! Any person who hits a kid will drop to his knees like a 19 year old homeless girl in Bangladesh the second you even flinch at him. Plus I am sure the cops would hesitate to press charges with his history. Cops have kids too.

My best friend's dad would drink and beat his family. My friend led me to believe he was a klutz and that is how he would explain all bruises, black eyes, etc... mind you, we are in 1st grade, K.. young children... around 13 Irealized what was going on, we had a water gun fight in his yard, his brother got his dad's car wet, next day he had two black eyes.... him coming from a drunken, drug addicted, beater of a dad home my friend started down that path (minus the beating, although his older brother would beat him as they got older as too)... drinking doing drugs breaking into cars, etc... around 16 we went our seperate ways... this past christmas I found out his Dad died... and I was happy.

I know what you are saying my friend but when I hear a guy smack his kid and wife I get fired up. I don't want to end up in jail but god damn it when a wanna be tough guy smacks his kid and wife I can't sit back and do nothing.

You're right, the BPD were there fast and pulled no punches but I'll smash the MF if they don't get there in time next time. He's a fucking drunk and gets out of control the problem is he has Pee Wee Hermans body and thinks he's Hulk Hogan. I don't want to hear a wanna be tough guy pull rank on a wife and kid.

I am not bragging but I've had some martial arts and boxing training and will not sit by for that.
