Broncos record before: 7-3. After: 4-0. And those 4 came against teams contending for playoff spots. Tonight makes 5 straight against teams who were in the playoff hunt at the time of the contest. It's okay to give a little credit, my friend.

I'll give credit to the Miami game because the Offense came alive but that's it. Against both KC and SD we needed 5 FG's from Barth because the Offense somehow forgot how to score a touchdown and they almost blew it against Buffalo by playing so conservative we made Kyle Orton look aggressive.

I'll take an Offense who can score in under 3 minutes if they have too over racking up a ton of yards on the ground but only being able to manage field goals.

And the Defense saved the Offense's ass so many times this year after the Offense decided they were done playing even though the game wasn't over. That may be ok for some of you but to me it's not.

We've got problems that most of you can't admit because you hide behind the excuse of "well we're winning so I'm gonna turn a blind eye" Well as we're seeing tonight those problems acctually do exist and when we aren't winning it becomes apparent.

Making us more balanced has hurt this offense more than it's helped because we have Peyton GODDAMN Manning we are set up to be a passing Offense not a running one.

How did throwing every down work in the Super Bowl and at the Rams this year? Right now there is no one playing well so far in this game. That goes for the defense as well. They are just getting gashed so far this game. Coaches getting out coached as well so far. Will need some good halftime adjustments.

Yeah, I guess we should listen to you, Duff. All your NFL experience is greater than ours, after all. You're the expert. Please, enlighten us!

We're getting our asses kicked at the LOS on both sides of the ball in a very meaningful game. That is very concerning. Hopefully, at half time they decide to flip the script.

Well first you don't have PEYTON MANNING at QB and make him hand off 40 times a game.

It is. But maybe it's not. It was very "concerning" after the Chargers came into Denver and beat the Broncos last year, and the Broncos responded with a Super Bowl run. I'd rather the team lay a stinker tonight than in the playoffs. Chances are we weren't getting the #1 seed anyway, so the loss doesn't hurt too badly in the whole scheme of things.

Why not? It worked @ St. Louis, didn't it? Oh...wait. It didn't.

Well it sure is working tonight with our 0 points on Offense and 80 total yards. I'm so glad we decided to stop throwing the ball so much.

My point is this: There are a lot of ways this team has won games. They had a 4-0 run against playoff contenders by running a ground-heavy offense. They trail on the road against their 5th straight playoff contender, but it's only halftime. This is a good team. It's not flawless, but it's pretty good. Some fans aren't smart enough to see it for themselves, I guess.

And my point is just because we're winning against some average to above average teams doesn't mean we don't have huge problems that need to be fixed otherwise we're looking at another one and done in the playoffs. But I guess some fans aren't smart enough to want issues to be addressed until after we lose and are out of the playoffs.

But hey then we do look like such smart guys for saying we need to fix all the issues that cost us a SB trophy come March.

Yes I agree this team is pretty good but pretty good doesn't win a Super Bowl. Great wins a Super Bowl. That's the only thing I disagree with. Some fans I'm sure are smart enough to know if Denver plays like this in New England they will get squashed. Time for some halftime adjustments and make a game of this and try to pull it out. I believe this is an important game no matter what seed Denver gets. Still a whole half to go.

Nobody is claiming we don't have issues. If you believe I have claimed such a thing, quote it. QUOTE it. If not, don't attribute such claims to me. That's weak. But EVERY team has issues that need to be address. No team is flawless. You're a fool if you think the Broncos are flawless or are even capable of being flawless. They're playing a good team on the road, and right now that team is getting the better of them. It happens. Better now than in the playoffs. Some of us are smart enough to see this.

Count me in that crowd. But ask yourself this: Do you honestly believe this game is definitive of what the Broncos are capable of doing? Remember, even with Tim Tebow and riding a 3 game skid, the Broncos upset a heavily favored Steelers team. It's the NFL. Even if the Broncos lose this game, it's one loss. This team will be just fine in the playoffs, gang. I'm not too worried about it at all, really.

Oh, and let's not just assume this game is a loss. The score is 20-7. We've overcome worse. That's 2 TDs, guys. Is our faith in this team so low we don't believe they are capable of making up 2 TDs in the 2nd half?

If this is what it takes for them to realize that we're not a running team and to go back to what we're actually good at then I'm all for it. And I don't expect them to be flawless but when we change out entire Offense halfway through the season that's just flat out stupid. We aren't a run heavy team and it's not working. It may have given us the illusion it worked because our Defense and Connor Barth saved our asses more than they should but in reality it has done more harm than good come playoff time.

I did, I was just trying to echo your thoughts. As I write, Anderson plows forward for a TD and the Broncos are right back in it.
