All you have to do is just watch Manning and see he`s lost alot of velocity on his throws. He is no where as strong as he was last yr. Some people just don`t see things that more football savy people do. Hey, I`am no expert by a long shot and I can see what`s in front of me. He`s struggling to make the throws he did last yr and that is so obvious. I`am going to go out on limb here and say regardless how Denver finishes up this yr, Manning calls it quits. Remember he said.. " If my performance is hurting the team,etc, I will know it`s time". Apparently Duffman doesn`t see the decline from last yr because he wouldn`t be such a blind homer. No offence Duffy, but you must be kinda new to the game.

I've thought all off season this would be it. That's why that "Taking Stock" thread is so timely. I've tried to make it a point to just enjoy the ride.

But who knows? Let's not put the man in the grave just yet.

I have nothing but respect for the Broncos and most Broncos fans, but acting like DT didn't pull Kirkpatrick (yes that is his name) facemask is beyond stupid. It was blatantly obvious with the replay. Ever announcer saw it and everyone not a Broncos fan saw it. Hell even pretty much every Broncos fan on twitter saw it. He pulled it. Easy call.

Manning said today that he absolutely plans to be back with the Broncos next season.

BTW before someone thinks me a hypocrite for criticizing them when I posted a don't worry be happy thread, I think it's fine to enjoy the season, think the Broncos are one of the best teams but also criticize them without burring them or thinking we have no shot and not live and die with every play. Taking the entire body of work into consideration they're a very good team but there are some criticisms that are warranted.

Speaking of which is it driving anyone else nuts that JDR is putting Moore 25-30 yards off the LOS? The way I have coached or been coached if a team is throwing underneath (screens ETC) your FS is one of the key guy's that makes that play while your D-Lineman become blockers and take up the offensive lineman. The two games where JDR did that the most was Cincy and the Dolphins. In my humble opinion it's a big factor why both of those teams had a lot of underneath success.

I guess we can ignore the part where Kirkpatrick actually pulls down on DT's jersey then? I don't have any problem saying that he touched the facemask on that play. Not sure it warranted a penalty but if they are going to call that ticky tack touch of the facemask then they better dang sure call the tug on the jersey while DT is running by Kirkpatrick.

What game were you watching? Gruden and Turico both said it was a bad call. The bitch campaigned for a flag and got it. Good for him, good for the Bengals. Good game. #27 is a little bitch.
