Pick a QB the Bears have had in the last 20 years to replace Cutler that will make them better.

I know that is cruel and unusual punishment, but it's bad or worse. For almost all the rest of the roster, I agree with you.

I would agree with you but...

Other teams seem to consistently draft talented QBs that can play immediately. Just look at the Cardinals this year.
