Well I guess we can put the Kirk Cousins talk to rest tonight he proved why he is just a backup QB, but then again the whole team played like shit

So basically we have Tony Romo And MIke Vick Jr. One plays lites out one week, then gives up 5 Turn Overs the next, and the other is exciting, but cant get or stay healthy.

Unfortunately - could be true. This is my worst fear - that they will be picking the best of two bad situations - hope it changes somewhat over the season. BTW - do you still believe that this defense is the strength of the team? I realize that there are injuries but still they should not be that bad.

After that debacle, at home.... might be time to start the fire sale early. We have a secondary that cant cover, and a D-line that cant get to the Qb even when they blitz. And apparently a head coach that thinks he can pass out of any situation. If tonight was any indication.... it is starting to look like another long year. If we hit 1-5 ( which i now expect) Might be time to take up Golf.

Lol - I feel your pain. If they beat the Seahawks it might be a bigger upset than the Miracle on Ice in 1980 (same w/ trip to Arizona). As frustrating as golf is it beats having to sit through that nonsense.

again my expectations for this team was 6-10 based on the situation , new HC , New OC , the need for 4 new o/lineman age on defense.

looks to be coming true

add to it 2 young qbs and there you have it .

patience is required and expectations that make sense not some pie in the sky BS

KC is a young qb . he had a klunker , doesnt mean he is romo anymore then Rg3 is vick

the o/line is trash , and KC and the great decision maker wont change that . 2 of Kc's to's were a direct result of poor o/line play

Kc got rattled and when things went south he just sunk deeper . lets hope its just a bad night

the best way to build a winner is to get a great LOS . we dont have it

and the defense has played like hot garbage for 2 weeks with that bend but dont break defense is crap

one game doesnt a season make but haslet needs to play aggressive football and knock it off with this passive crap

Screw that dude... gruden showed the one trait I had hoped he would get rid of. And that the thinking that he can pass play his way out of any thing. The long ball should have been off the table after pick #2.

This lose falls on Coaching first, then QB and Line play. But bottom line every three years you say it will take three years.

well that is because we keep changing coaches every 5 seconds . no stability means perennial losing

i dont know but we had to pass after those TO's put us in a hole

again until you and others understand that you have to have stability this will continue

I wouldnt say they stunk against Philly. we lost by 3 and special teams gave up 7 points and left 3 on the table.

This week, yes they stunk to high heaven. But very few defense look even average when your offense gives up 6 turnovers.

Did the Redskins just simply forget that the Giants had a TE on the field tonight? They made whatever TE was on the field look like Jimmy Graham. Pathetic.

The Redskins need an independent auditor just like the NFL is using now to investigate their issues. They need to review everything & figure out a way out of this mess moving forward. Kidding - kind of.

Maybe we can bring Vinny back? At least we were champs in off season moves with Vinny and Danny running the show.

Hmm, I wouldn't write Cousins off for last night's performance (although it was awful). He's played well in 2 out of 3 games so far. Also, don't think any QB would've done well in that position last night. I will say that RG3 has new life tho, suddenly Captain Kirk has returned to Earth.

I was going to say the same thing. You don't make judgements on a QB after a few games in a new system, which was my point about Griffin and it applies to Cousins as well.

With that said Cousins has always had the turnover bug. Had it in college and it's continued as a pro. which has been one of my red flags about him. 20 turnovers in 11 games is ridiculous. Say what you want about Griffin but games are won and lost by turnovers and Captain Kirk has had way more of them than Griff who has 22 in 30 games.

You don't write anybody off until their contracts come due.

1) KC is erratic to say the very least. He doesn't handle the downtimes well at all. It gets in his head and he stops seeing the field.

2) You don't write RG3 off because he has talent but is an injury waiting to happen. I would try to trade him because I can't trust him to stay healthy.

3) Do you miss DHALL yet? The defense did...they also missed the Giants offense being on the field.

4) On the bright side, my son's fantasy team had Larry Donnell and mine had Eli Manning (I also had the Skin's D which hurt).

Glad your son's and your fantasy team did well. You sound like quite the fan. :L
