he isnt interested in being fair about things as his distortion of my JC position indicates . he didnt watch the game yet "he knows "

i gave JC 3 years of playing . he didnt work out so i said stop gap him and build the LOS . no trades for DMAC , no gutting drafts for sanchez or bradford . yet that is 10 years

gk thinks he should eat sleep and drink football with no free time at all . if he makes a commercial he is a slacker

he also hasnt met a player he didnt want to low ball

again i cant say Rg3 wont be a bust . but i think the guy should get more then 29 career games before that assessment is in concrete . now after this year if it is still more of the same then i am willing to reassess things

but i give everyone a good 3 years this is year 3

if he cant see what a lousy right side of the o/line we have i cant help him . his dislike of and lack of any patience is the driving force here

I didn't distort a single fact. You never wanted to let JC go.

I am a fan of history DAD...you can keep repeating it.

Bellicheck is also a fan of the low ball.

My driving force here is shitty play.

Ok gk and shark, lets just draft a QB in the first round next year since you've both completely given up on rg3. If rg3 ever makes the pro bowl again for us and you guys start to praise him, we all can tell u to fuck off because u didnt support the young QB when he needed it the most

And if he sucks...we can say FUCK YOU right?

Serious question. If we end up with the #1 pick in the draft...what then?

Omg shark the trade happened, deal with it! I hated the trade as soon as it went through. He'd have to be Joe fucking montana to make up for that trade. Support the guy and stop asking him to unfairly live up to that trade.

We don't really care about him living up to the trade. We would like him to be better than the 4th best QB in his draft class.

Well considering people are always comparing him to the greats, arent we supposed to expect him to live up to what we gave up to get him?? So you are saying if we gave up 4 high draft picks and he turns out to be average... its ok??? Sorry bro, but that dog dont hunt. If we dont win at least two Super Bowls because of him, the trade was a failure. If all he turns out to be is a well supported above average QB, then you would have to consider him a bust.

And no actually to live up to the trade, all he really needs to do is be slightly better than Eli Manning. Im not asking for much after all.

Well now that depends, if we end up with a top ten defense and the number one pick.... change has got to come some place. And before any one rails that thats impossible. Houston had the #7 defense last year. And the Jets had the #8 defense in 2012 and finished 6-10.

sure, if you want to. i was the guy that supported him when he needed it the most. you were the guy who wasn't there for him. i call rg3 out on his mistakes just like everyone else, and yes rg3 can do wrong. if we start kirk i will support him just as much. i watched him a bunch in college and we were both raised in michigan. kirk is a really likeable guy. with that, i havent given up on rg3.

if we end up with the first pick im all about the bpa. leonard williams looks like a beast. right now id take him or an o lineman.

So you think we compound the trade by throwing more at trying to FORCE RG3 into being something he isnt?? But I actually agree we should take the best O-lineman available... if he is worthy of the #1 pick. But I also think if we finish with the #1 pick and the defense is any where close to top ten, there better be open competition for the QB spot as well.

or gruden could adjust the offensive game plan and get rg3s feet moving. play to rg3s strengths, not force him to be a pocket passer. i dont care, whatever works. if rg3 blows this year i wouldnt think about drafting mariota or hundley because they are not natural pocket passers so that wouldnt make sense. jamies? i havent figured him out yet. an open competition between kirk and rg3 next off season would be ideal. but there would still be drama.

Once again you are (intentionally I think) Missing the point. I cant speak for Gk. But here is how I see it.

1. Maybe its NOT Gruden trying to make him into a pocket passer so much as what Griffin himself wants and thinks he is capable of. I really do believe this more than anything caused most of the friction last year.

2. Griffin and Cousins are both under contract for another year. If we have the #1 pick, you take the O-lineman (if he is worthy) or trade out of the pick if possible. The only way you draft a QB is if Peyton Mannings Clone some how becomes draft available.

3. If we have the #1 pick, the defense was solid or better( top ten), and the ground game was as good as it has been the past few seasons... well the obvious answer is open competition. May the best Qb win in a one year audition for their next deal. No matter what, we dont even consider drafting a QB next year unless RG3 blows out another knee AND Cousins is deemed to be worthless. And even if Cousins is deemed to be worthless and RG3 had an average at best season, the most you do is bring in competition and make who ever the QB is in 2015 EARN the spot at that point.

1) Who knows? I believe RG3 essentially got the Shanahans run out of town.

2) If we don't have a winning record this season AND we are not averaging 21PPG, there should be an open competition next offseason. IF we end up with the #1 pick, BVA or trade the pick.

3) IF we end up with the #1 pick and QB is the best player...take the QB.

You were "there for him?" Come on dude.

I don't cheer against RG3...I loved him year one...he was freaking amazing and he kept defenses honest and got them out of position. This is not that RG3.

I do not believe in RG3...that is true. That is not the same as not supporting him. I want the guy that gives us the best chance of winning. That guy is Kirk Cousins if we are looking for a pocket passer. If we are looking for the guy that can be the best player on the field if he gets his head out his ass...it is RG3.

well that settles it for now, u dont believe in rg3 and i do therefore we cannot agree. u dont think he's the qb of our future so its just better to see what kc can do and even get him some quality experience this season, maybe he will even win games who knows.
i cant take anymore days of arguing about rg3 until after the jags game.

Again...you simply misinterpret everything my stance.

If you are looking for a pure pocket passer...I say RG3 will never be that guy and it was foolish to draft him as such. That has never been his strong suit...square peg, round hole. If this is what you are looking for, yes...put KC in tomorrow.

If you are looking for a player that can be special, keep RG3 in; however, he must use his legs because it opens up lanes and takes people out of their defensive assignments.

I have come to realize that RG3 is like religion. Some people feel you either believe or you are going to hell.

and i want rg3 to use his legs more. rg3 and jay learned a lot from week 1. i think week 2 we will see a more mobile rg3 and a lot more of morris.

Am i really??? I have been called a hater, NOT a TRUE Redskins fan, Idiot, dumb stupid moron and a few other choice names for my non belief in RG3. Reminds me alot actually of when I told my parents (devout Muslims) and My grand father ( A Baptist Minister) that i actually wasnt sure if there was a god or not. Actually they were more understanding of my dout in God than Some have been in my doubt of RG3.

Im just saying man.
