they have to be convicted before god hell hands down a sentence..
Agree that this was a bonehead, ill-advised decision by 2 professionals with a lot to lose.
But, the tide has turned for weed. Its legal in 2 states and medically available in at least a dozen others.
Its not a performance enhancing drug, but for some it does stimulate mental acuity.
We need to end this farce about marijuana being illegal and a Schedule 1 drug.
Its not equivalent to cocaine or meth.
It needs to be regulated.
Making it illegal is destroying lives and wasting assets (Criminal justuce system, lawyers, etc.) and enriching criminal enterprises.
Uh, remember Prohibition....
