Moving forward......Rosales is making a damn good case for himself being a part of this team for 2015.
Know I'm on a high from his heroics. But his attitude, versatility, maturity, and contributions make him a consideration.
There is a reason he's been able to make a career out of being a spare.
Is this term used as a derogatory measurement?
I like "contributors" regardless if they start or star everyday or not.
Besides, every team needs a backup INF. And I'm hoping it ain't Profar myself.
It just means he's employable because he's so versatile but has never sniffed the capability of being an every day player
Watching a little of the Oak/Atl game myself.Well maybe Les and Wastin will show a little later. Anyone else come on in.
Good. Go braves. Bet Les is watching tooWatching a little of the Oak/Atl game myself.

A fun day for the rangers.I've been out all day and am just now starting the Ranger game. I've been following the AA game.
Knebel just struck out the side, came back out for another inning and have up a 1B, HBP, and then a BB. Bases loaded nobody out and he struck out Xavier Avery, Stefen Romero, and got Smoak to fly out.
Knebel will be a Sept. call up for sure. Was that the Smoak we traded to Seattle for Lee?I've been out all day and am just now starting the Ranger game. I've been following the AA game.

Yes, it is. I never was a Smoak fan.

Credit was due. Gotta give it to him.In his two walk off's (walk/hit) in this homestand he had a plan when he went up to bat. He watched Andrus at bat and saw how wild the pitcher was and decided to make him throw strikes and he drew the game winning walk. Today he knew that Street threw sliders 60-70% of the time and looked for a slider. Does not mean the hitter will be successful but at least he knew what he wanted to do when he his turn came.
