This might be the dumbest idea in the history of sports.
Indiana Pacers, Mid-season Champs!
Pacers fans crowned their teams champs mid-season last season.
Indiana Pacers, Mid-season Champs!
I was just thinking of this. This is a terrible idea.
I know it says it here, but I don’t understand how it works. It sounds like everyone has to play, but some are single elimination and some players are going to be helping broadcast so therefore not playing or are they playing as well? They have the best teams and not the best teams, etc.

The Final Four of the NBA's new in-season tournament will take place on Dec. 7 and 9 in Las Vegas, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.www.espn.com

Y! SPORTS
if done right it think it would be awesome. the regular season is garbage. I just don't know how it will work
Is it really too hard to nationalize every team, eliminate every owner and the commissioner, and then make a 60 game nba schedule with players that care about winning for their local fans. The regular season is garbage because they play too many games.
Unlike football where every game is important and fun...Easy fix imo
