This would be a very tasty development indeed!!!! How about tacking on a 2 year expanded cap exemption worth about 18 million per?

An interesting case, will the appeals court now say that there is standing because the NFLPA found it necessary to sign the CBA to be in the best interest of its' members, and though included in the settlement the collusive aspects should not have been included in any settlement, thus, were not properly adjudicated in a court of law?
