I don't know what's up with lance but Miami was a little interested though
Knowing Riley, do the Heat swing for the fences and go after Melo. I think if Wade and Haslem are flexible that the Heat could offer more to Carmelo than the Bulls. Also, no state income tax....wonder if Riley has already called Melo's camp....

As I expected mike miller signed with cavs. Word coming out soon
Miller to let it fly....surrounding themselves with shooters is not bad. Can Miller stay healthy for two full seasons. Good cat.

How is that even possible salary cap wise for the Cavaliers? It may very well be, but just curious. Also, who is your guy?

Probably would be my best guess.

I blame Riley for this debacle. He did nothing the past 2 seasons to improve the Heat. You could see the demise of this team coming from a mile away, yet he decides that signing Oden and Beasley is enough to keep this team on top. He should have traded Bosh after the Heat's last ring. Bosh proved that he is nothing more than an above averaged mid range shooter with some height but no bulk to get the job done down low where the Heat need help at. Furthermore, Riley screwed up by keeping Spolestra as coach when the "big 3" formed. Riley has always been a great coach but his decisions as GM have been very poor.

Wrong. If Waiters is the scorer you are starting with, then your team will lose 65 games. Give me two good role players over an inefficient scorer every time.

That is situational, he can score but if he is Melo it is different, if he can be dominate I will take him

Marc Stein: ESPN sources say Kent Bazemore is headed to the Atlanta Hawks on a two-year, $4 million deal Twitter - See more at: HoopsHype - Atlanta Hawks Rumors

If he is the pre-Laker trade guy they overpaid. If he is the last 20 games Laker guy it's another Free Agency steal for the Hawks. They still have around 10m in cap space, and still suspect Deng is their main target. They may have to make a trade or two though to free up more space for him. That or they have already move on.

This is what irks me most about Lebron leaving

What's wrong with that? Riley was doing anything he could to try and keep James. Even if James told Riley he was leaving on Sunday I would expect Riley still would have been making moves on Monday to change his mind.

I disagree. Riley is smart enough to know that if LBJ told him he's leaving that McBob & Granger wouldn't change his mind. Lebron actually gave Riley his input on McBob.

That's not cool
