If Kobe stays healthy, the Lakers are looking like about a .500 team in the west right now. If not, it could be a bit more like what we saw last year.

Whether they can be better than .500 or possibly a playoff team in the west will depend on what other moves they make.

There isn't enough out there to make them a threat in the west, but there might be enough that they could mess up someone else's season.

My comment was in response that the Lakers won't win enough games & therefore won't have to send their top 5 protected 2015 1st rounder to the Suns. Barring another season ending injury to Kobe, that is nearly impossible.

Clarksons a PG, Swaggy can be an SG or SF.

Clarkson is a combo guard, not a pure PG or SG. And Young is a SG that can play some SF but too nuch time there& he gets abused on defensive end.

That's a lot to give up if minny is really wanting a win now package. Farthest I would go is lee, Barnes, green, 2 firsts with love martin coming back but If it comes to klay I would do it but no Martin

True. I think Young will spend time in both positions (SF when he's on the floor with Kobe, SG when Kobe is resting). I think they'll work to develop Clarkson as a PG.

Lee is what 31. TT and Waiters are young and Waiters has a chance to be a star and could put 20 a night easy.
