They don't get every pitch location from the bench, not even close. The pitcher can shake off the pitch anyways. Yes I'm very aware there are scouting reports. My point remains. How long are we going to do it? It hasn't worked all series.
With all the catcher instructors we have that problem shouldn't exist.

I am sorry but when you post incorrect statements on an open forum then another view comes into play.

Sir....those pitches 9 outta 10 times are from the bench. Locations are discussed in pre game meetings based on scouting reports.

I find it funny that you say my statement is incorrect and follow it with 9 out of 10 pitches come from the bench.

So you would rather do nothing about it? To each their own I guess.
That is not what I said. You can not fix all the problems we have starting with the rotation BP and the offense. We make shift the line up every day. I did not say do nothing. We can fix some but not all and if we could we would not be where we are in the standings.

actually Moss hasn't hurt us much and I did say 9 outta 10 times for pitch selection, not location. That location stuff is discussed in pre game meetings

I meant you would rather do nothing about 1B? My comment was about 1B, not the bullpen. My point was why keep Snyder out there for much longer when he's basically an auto out? He has no future in this organization. IMO, now is the perfect time to see what we've got in some guys in the minors. Trotting a 32 year old minor league vet OF to play 1B doesn't make sense to me.

then you're lost cause you talked about catchers calling the game and that just ain't the case. Our catcher doesn't get the freedom to set Moss inside pitch after pitch cause he wants to. Soto ain't changing that...which is what you seem to think here

Moss has hurt us today and the first game. My original comment said Moss, and the rest of their lefties. We tried to pound them inside yesterday and they continued to pull it down the line.

if this wasn't your rant, you'd find another is what I think.
The season isn't over and I think this organization is doing what they think is best to win games. You basically threw the towel in weeks ago, and if it's not the batting order, it's pitch location and who has a future. My God...take a breath!

Ok man. I was unaware that you were a member of the Texas Rangers organization. I didn't know that you knew for sure that 9 out of 10 pitches Chirinos has no authority to call a pitch. I find that absurd.

I'm not saying this season is over which is why I don't think having a OF playing 1B while batting .158 is a good idea.

Catchers, pitchers, and managers call pitches. That's baseball 101. I don't think our bench is calling 9 out of the 10 pitches.

Only 4 runs given up would have been enough in the other 2 games. Good tandem job especially by Baker.

You are absolutely the worst at picking fights while putting words in people's mouth. Go eat a dick

sorry man....I have to read your stuff, I don't have to sit on my hands

9 outta 10 times the catcher looks to the dugout, gets the call and less than 50% of the time the pitcher might shake it off
