7 years later and just now convicted. Fucking way to long. He lead a botched robbery that ended 1 of the brightest stars in the NFL. RIP #21

You guys didnt really expect Florida law over the death of a black man to be speedy did you?? Sad as it is, Im shocked they didnt let him plead out to a lesser charge with a slap on the wrist. If you havent noticed, I have ZERO faith in the Florida legal system in some instances.

Long overdue for a resolution to the case. While it won't bring Sean back, perhaps the ending of the case will bring some measure of peace to his family members and loved ones. Such a sad, sad day in skins history.

Just being honest, and I have noticed a very sad and deplorable trend here in Florida in cases like this.

I believe two of them rolled on the actual shooter for the right to take life and or the death penalty off the table.

Sadly I dont think the convicted will get life in any case because they will not have been able to prove premeditation in the killing.

He was convicted of Felony Murder !, little diffrent from Murder one. Felony Murder 1 is murder committed as the part of another crime. Im trying to jack your car, you resist, I shot you in the head.

Murder 1, I dont like you personally, I drive up and just shot you in the head.

Felony Murder one carries max of life I believe, Murder 1 carries the Death penalty and we will talk from there.
