For all the talk about how this coaching staff preaches fundamentals I'm sure not seeing it at the plate. Somebody needs to get these guys' attention. Obviously this concept of sitting back and waiting for things to come around clearly isn't working.

I'm just not sure this coaching staff commands attention and respect from the players. Seems like they just let the Indians run the tribe at times.
