from what we have from FA so far here is how i would approach the draft . all subject to change

2) allen robinson wr 6-2 210lbs , i like his size however his hands could be an issue , cooks is a guy to look at if you want speed . moses looks to be the best RT on the board if you go that route

3) kieth mcgill cb 4.49 214 lbs . i like his size and speed but also his ability to go to safety . i love ex cbs at FS , baptiste is another tall option at cb at 6-3 215 but no experience at S. deone buchanon is a pure safety with good size 6-1 216 as a more pure safety

4) billy turner Rt 6-5 316 small school find here . worth a shot here . skov could be here as well but we could pass on a ILB cristian jones would be a nice pick here too

5) jared abbrederis wr 6-1 189 lbs , great hands , returns kicks not really an athletic guy but has sneaky quickness. good solid citizen as well

6) de anthony thomas rb 5-9 170 he has speed , hands vision . durability is a concern however in round 6 he should give us a shot at a field position changer

7) antone exum 6-0 220 4.55 FS ex cb who could help us at FS good size could be a better tackler then rambo

well there it is :suds:

You still take Robinson with Cooks and Moses still on the board at pick #34? If we sign Britt, I think Moses, Filo, and Yankey take precedence at pick #34. If we don't get Britt it still remains the same b/c there should be plenty of WR's to choose from with the 2nd pick of the 3rd round. Robinson could be there in the 3rd. lol. Moncrief is a guy to target in the 3rd.

There is no center worth taking at #34. the best TE will not be there at #34.

as we stand now yes . i dont rule out moses or cooks either . fact is dean we havent signed britt and that would change the dynamic

i believe robinson has the tools to be very good # 2 wr i believe cooks does as well and i feel moses could be a jansen

and again there is still well over a month to see how things shake out

Even if we don't sign Britt skinsdad. Robinson over Cooks and Moses is a very bold statement right now. IF you want a bigger Wr then Matthews or Moncrief should be targeted. One or both could be there in the 3rd round.

3rd rounders may take a while to start at wr . i think robinson at this point or cooks or moses all could help us it just depends on what you want

according to lindy's he is ranked 6th , your point ? rankings have some value but when 8 different sources have 8 different rankings what does that really say ?

coach, swanson and moncrief are not picks at #34. They should be 3rd round guys. Whos is marcus? skinsdad, robinson could be there in the 3rd. I would bypass on WR in the 2nd and roll the dice in the 3rd with one.

the 6th or 11th wr in the draft isnt a lock to make it to the 3rd

not the 6th dad but the 11th will. We have the 2nd pick in the 3rd round. Someone will fall. coach Martin at #34? That is way too high. I know he can play guard too which increases his value but I thought he was labeled as a 3rd round pick. The battle at center is Martin and Swanson. I don't know who won it yet.

We will not take a center at 34 because there is no value there. Swanson is the best C in this draft and has a third round grade everywhere I have looked. Being the best in a draft class means nothing if you just aren't a true second round talent. This guy is nowhere close to a Alex Mack coming out of college.

The 2nd and 3rd best TEs are questionable talents for the 34th pick.

The 5th and 6th best WRs in this draft are ranked higher than the 3rd best TE.

I don't think you understand value.

The best G in a draft may warrant a mid first round pick but the 4th best QB may go top ten. That's how value works.

The best C in this draft has a 3rd round grade...there is no value taking him at 34...especially when an Alex Mack goes in the 20s...he was one of the best C in draft history.

The best RB in the modern drafts will go in the late first round...Trent Richardson proved why. He was one of the top prospects in modern draft history and busted but guys like Alfred Morris go late in the draft.

There is value at G in this draft if Yankey and Filo drop to us...then you consider them.

There is a lot of talent at WR in this draft. If our team gives Robinson a first round grade and he falls to 34...then you can take him because that's value.

Center, RB or TE??? :laugh3: so you seriously think that, or are you trolling this board?? I am starting to wonder.

RT...maybe. And in case you haven' t been paying attention, the 5th best WR in this draft is the 3rd best in every other draft over a 10 year span. There may be more WRs taken in the first than ever before..
