The Jets are interested in James Jones. Jones and Decker would be a good combo, but they still need a QB. They have Geno, but maybe they pick up a QB in free agency or trade up in the dreft??

Did I mention that my chargers got a 3rd string RB? We're all set now. Now if Matthews gets hurt, we'll have a below average backup.

Its cool we have brought back two people from a terrible defense...although I wanted both to be resigned. :noidea:

Dont laugh but the Jags are actually making some really good moves on defense: Clemons, Hood and Bryant.

Offensively they resigned Henne, Harbor and Bradfield(Meh).

They overpaid for Beadles but it was a position of great need.

Most will overlook them but they have had a fantastic offseason so far and just need to not blow this draft.

They could easily win 4 games this season:yahoo:

Easy now...the Jags last playoff win was only two year futher back than the last playoff win for the Cowboys.

Well they are in the sam boat as the Browns. They need a QB to see how good they can be.

Well the Jags might have their pick of the litter this year sitting at 3 though. Houston seems pretty set on finding a quarterback outside of using that 1st overall pick and St. Louis unless they trade is ok with Bradford at the helm.

I live in Jax and msot of the people that I talk to, and I agree with them, think the Jags should pass on all 3 of them at #3.

I believe they will pounce on Clowney if he is there.

I think teams in the top 5 are figuring out pretty quickly that the Quarterbacks in this draft are highly overrated and would do anything to not have to take one. The other players in the top-5 are just too good to pass up but the demand for a franchise quarterback makes it difficult to pick who you want. Honestly I do think Houston will take Clowney #1 overall. They have been calling a ton of teams trying to get a quarterback and even if they don't get one that way I could see that 2nd or 3rd round being where they look. At the Alabama Pro Day they noted nobody paid more attention to the quarterback than Houston.

You have Henne, who isn't bad for a year or so. But y'all still need a franchise QB. Bortles I'm thinking (who could be another Gabbert).

If the Pats get Browner to go alongside Revis, that is sick

I think Bridgewater is the best guy of the 3. I was thinking that Browns take Watkins at 4 and pick up a free agency QB, but who is there?? Schaub, he is aging and about to get cut for a reason.

I'm starting to believe, just take Manziel and if he busts it is a normal pick for Cleveland and if he is great, well then it paid off.

But people are forgetting the Browns still have Hoyer, who showed a lot before he had a season ending surgery, if they believe in him, take Watkins.

I was actually very impressed with Hoyer last year. If I were the Browns I would just see if I could surround him with talent like say take Watkins at 4 then get a running back somewhere in the 1st 3 rounds and see what he can do. If he fails then they are just right back where they are now picking in the top 5 again and hoping for a better quarterback class but knowing they have some talent for whatever quarterback they bring in.

I'm fine with that. Watkins, Gordon, Edelman (maybe), and Cameron. If they can get Tate in FA and get Carlos Hyde/Sankey in the 2nd round. Hoyer would have plenty of weapons, I just hope they make the right move.
