See, for me it's the opposite, I like the later rounds and doing the research to find some good players that can help my team. The early rounds anyone can draft...

Yeah. The later rounds are very fun for me too. I enjoy college football as well and watch it every chance I have to. So I have more draft knowledge right off by watching a lot of different players play. I think that's a big advantage. Yes, college success doesn't translate automatically, but I at least know more names than the average fan. Makes the process easier for me. Though I do enjoy the process of watching game tape, and watching how players play. Evaluating how they play the game. I'll admit it, I'm a football addict. Big time. I have a problem :yahoo:

I didn't know you made a second pick. Either way it was a good pickup lol

I am with you guys in finding those late round gems. To me that is way more exciting than talking about the 1st round guys. By the time the draft rolls around we already have a pretty good idea who are the 1st round guys (yes there are always a few surprises) but it is those late round guys that really fill out a roster and take a team from barely competing to having great depth and competing for a Super Bowl.

Always been impressed with you guys, I figured getting involved a little more would help me out, college talent is so spread out.
Never stop learning.

The great thing with technology today is it gives guys like us the chance to actually watch some of these guys play that are going in the 4th-7th round and actually get a decent idea of what kind of talent they are. Right now I have about 10 guys on my list of late round picks that I really really hope the Broncos are taking a hard look at. If they get any of those 10 oh man you can bet when I am watching the draft I will be jumping out of my chair like we just landed the top prospect in the draft.

Cool sounds good. Not sure if I will get you my list tonight or tomorrow morning for my 2nd pick tomorrow but I will definitely get you a list before time starts tomorrow as I have a motivational speech I am signed up to give for a couple of hours tomorrow.

At this point since they don't seem to have shown up I don't think you picking for Cleveland will be that big of a deal. They had time slots that if they have looked at any time today would know they were up. Heck if they had looked anywhere in the last 2 days they should have known there was a good chance they would be picking today. So to me I would say go for it.
