Another young guy. I'm all for youth, but would like to see a grey hair somewhere on the staff.
I'd love to see Greg Williams back here as the DC, but that's never going to happen.
man what a circus that would be

How has he ??I'll be the first to admit that I was not among those who backed Gruden as HC. That said......he has impressed me with these early moves. He appears to be a teacher of not only players but is knowingly or not now leaving his mark on our front office.

we dont like hasletts soft 3-4 defense. we dont want a guy that will not give us a top 10 defense. we are not going to be that great next season so now is the time to bring in a new dc. okay i simply dont like haslett.Big happy dance, you got a name and a link. So some one explain to me how exactly the concept of gutting the coaching staff automatically makes this defense better?? reality check, new system usually means a year of transition minimum. So a new offense, and a new defense likely means same old results or worse. But you know, I hope you guys once again get your wish. But if they make this move, I dont want to hear any bitching. Because I remember a lot of people celebrating when Danny Smith left last year as well. The dumbest thing a fan base can say about a coach is, well its not like any one could do worse than (insert name). Besides, at the end of the day, I expect Haslett will still be in DC.
This is what he's doing....although the team has retained a few coaches, presumably providing him with coaches that they deem proper for their jobs. He's publicly announced that (contrary to the same effort done for Jim Zorn) He's keeping his options open. This intimates that he may or may not keep them, and the choice will be his, not theirs. Allen should be ashamed of himself!!!!
