Read my post again. I didn't refer to you - I specifically mentioned "some people" which could be just about anyone. Cmon - calm down. You are a good poster & one of my main points was the we all need to chill out & embrace each other (figuratively) since most of us on this forum all have the same goal - success for the Redskins.

Let's try & stop making this a battle between fellow fans. I am simply expressing my views on the team - may be right, may be wrong, in the end - who cares - just gives me a chance to vent.

Skinsdad.... since we are judging QBs and you think RG3 is a franchise QB... you still think Tannehill was a mistake as a top ten pick?? Just curious as to your take.

i wouldnt have drafted tannehill in the top ten i tannehill will be an avg qb and that Rg3 will surpass him and has already surpassed him

now can you win with tannehill ? yes you can if everything else around him is good

But arent you saying the same applies to Griffin?? The whole argument has been that he didnt have enough around him. Miami has steadily improved since taking him. We have looked like a heart monitor in a rehab clinic. We were flat line in 2011, spiked up in 2012, and now.... back to the drop off and about to begin another rebuild phase.

And I dont believe he has earned that title yet. Does he have the potential to be one?? Sure he does. But then again so does Tannehill. And before you scream no way, no one though Brady, Wilson, or for farting in the wind sake Romo could be a franchise QB. I think the olphins made a very smart choice and if they give him the time, Tannehill will be a long term solution for them at QB. He might not be as dynamic as RG3, but he is showing he has promise and he is actually a leader on that team.
