Oh the refs were nut hugging the 9ers all game. It was ridiculous. I've never seen more non-holding calls on the 49ers scrub RT in the 'shitstory' of the NFL.

Whatever, Seattle should lock up HFA and the 49ers will be sent packing. I hate to be cocky, but the 9ers are so lucky right now. Colin is not that great of a QB and the team relied on questionable ref calls to win it.

I am no 49ers fan but they didn't need this or any other bad calls to win. That Frank Gore run was a dagger.

I think the Seahawks will benefit from this loss.

Did you watch it? It was allot closer than saying they were "straight outplayed." The 49ers won and didn't need help, but still this sucks.

They earned that win because today, they were the better team. Blaming the officials for an imperfect spot when there is a great mechanism in place to handle that imperfection, and Seattle threw that away with poor game management is laughable.

This is the second time this season that Carroll blew the end of game clock management. First time it didn't hurt him because the Rams didn't score a TD.

Nah. There's no way in hell the Seahawks were going to move the ball if the Rams scored under any circumstances. The Tate TD was a spectacular play but it wasn't some "just like we drew it up" thing. I wouldn't call it luck but I wouldn't say it was anything they could go back to on a final drive.

Bullshit. You were straight outplayed.

And spots are very rarely perfect.

The game came down to the wire with the Seahawks having a 1 point lead. What game were you watching?

Which is certainly more than you can say for the Patriots today.

I didn't get to see the game, so I can't comment.

I have seen the PI and it was pretty clear cut. You can't grab someone by the neck when they're behind you (~8 yard line) and expect to not be penalized.

I also never said anything about the refs on that spot. I merely said it sums up the story on the type of game that they officiated today. It was hard to even get into the game because every plays that happen, you just wonder if there's going to be a flag.:wtf2:

Well, since Kaep isn't being touched in the picture, the question is whether he was diving for the first down untouched and it wouldn't matter if his knee was down or not. It's where he was touched. Or was he going down because he was hit. I think it was the former, so it didn't matter if his knee was down.

Except the game was not poorly officiated and saying a slightly missed spot is the story of the game is laughable.

Every team loses and it was a great game regardless. I didn't think Seattle got outplayed at all, but that's your opinion.

Kaep was going down because he was tripped up by a seahawk defender while maneuvering through his blocks so knee down player down short of the first down line.

No one is discrediting the niners on their game today. But it's clear that this was a blown call.

Learn to comprehend. Where did I say a missed spot is the story of the game. I said it was the story of the guys in stripes today. I hadn't even noticed it until the OP brought it up. :laugh3::laugh3:

My god you take this too seriously.

Like the Crabtree fumble? Like how the ref tapped his ass signalling Crabtree down, then got together and said the play can't be review because progress was stopped after the fumble?

He was being touched. It doesn't matter though Those are human refs and even if he didn't get it I don't see how you can fault the refs for giving it to him. If there were a doubt then a TO for a challenge would have been useful. As far as the calls go, it was both ways. 49ers got some bogus calls and so did the Seahawks. It evened out.

What I really want to know, if you have a stud QB and the ball in the red zone, do you call some stupid draw that's been stuffed all day or do you let him try to close the deal? That's what was most infuriating to me. I feel sorry for the fans of the team that end up with Bevell coaching for them next year, especially if its one that's looking for a boost on the offensive side of the los.
