Allen kept the series alive, but James is back to back Finals MVP. Without him, there us no game 6 or Allen shot.

Yup... absolutely correct. Vogel AND Pop made the EXACT same brain-fart during the same playoff season, and it cost both the Pacers and Spurs a series victory.
