this should count towards mannings one and done record.

Luck is pretty awesome.

Didn't like this kid when he played at Stanford. Thought he was a tad overrated. But after seeing him last night I'm kinda sold. He looked solid. The Colts are a VERY lucky franchise...no pun intended...

Payton played like crap compared to what we are use to seeing him play, there were more that a few times last night, where the ball was just thrown up for grabs and came out of his hand like a duck. And lets not forget about the INT towards the end of the game that gave the Colts easy points.

If Peyton would have played better they would have won.

I think it is awsome that Oliver luck(andrew's father) was archie manning's backup...

People get things confused, who to blame for a team losing a game is not people calling for a players job... Peyton Manning did not have a good game, and he was clearly the the inferior QB yesterday... He was easily the player to blame for the Broncos loss... Anytime a teams best player makes a mistake and loses then that player should be to blame... He fumbles in the endzone for a safety, and then when bringing his team back into the game he throws an interception... If a team needs its best player to be perfect to win, then he better be perfect!!!

I think Peyton was probably a bit more consistently on target with his passes than Andrew. The athletic ability of Luck clearly had an impact. The acrobatic deflections by the Colts secondary had an impact on Manning.

We won the game. The guys played at a very high level, as they had to in order to win. I am thrilled and will just leave it at that.

I thought that Davis and Butler were particularly good. The Colts also did an excellent job of pressuring PM.

Between that win, the one over Seattle and the win in SF the Colts have played at least as well as any team in the league this year.

LOL I don't claim to have much fashion sense, but Irsay does seem to be dressed a bit "young" in that pic.

This may be the high point for us. We have lost a starting offensive guard, two running backs that were both starters when they went out, our best tight end by far and now Reggie. 5 players on IR in seven games is certainly no record, but this is beginning to remind me of Peyton's last year here. I seem to remember we have something like 24 starters miss games and somewhere around 20-22 players that went on IR. Unreal.

Losing Allen early on and now Reggie are definitely huge losses. Have to wait and see how that affects the team going forward.

Yes, because it's Peyton's fault he got hit as he was releasing the ball on the INT...

Dont get it confused, nobody says peyton sucks and should not be starting for the Broncos... Nobody is claiming that Peyton is not the Best QB so far this season, and nobody is claiming that he is not one of the all time best QBs... But you have to admit he did not have a good game, and you have to admit that because he did not have a good game that was A reason why they lost... Therefore he is a player to blame for losing...

Being blamed for a loss is not a big deal... It was Mariano Rivera's fault that the Yankees lost the 2001 WS, but I and all Yankee fans would want nobody else pitching when it really mattered than MO...
