ACC Pick 'Em- Week 8

I got nothing geneh. DDSS as they say. SUs has to pick up three maybe four more wins to get to a bowl game. Not an easy task...but it can be done. On the flip side....other than Miami, FSU and Clemson.....every team is in that boat. It's going to be a bloody last half of the year.

On the bball side, the SU players at ACC media days are having a great time. Where no-one knew SU had a football team during media days....folks in the ACC like em some SU bball. Keita and Fair are in awe at the coaches and players they are meeting. The ACC is really has a lot going for it.

Oh yes it does. This BB season is going to be awesome! I can hardly wait for next year, too, when Louisville joins the party.

I am excited for ACC football, too, because we have 3 awesome teams right now. The ACC is always a dogfight in football, any ACC fan can tell you that. One of the ACC teams usually upsets whoever wins the league. This is one of the very few seasons where 3 teams have emerged by Week 7 as viable obvious contenders for the Orange Bowl bid and very possibly a NCG bid.

We didn't just make the ACC the best conference in the country, did we?

I think the ACC is in great shape and heading in the right direction. As a fan coming from the Big East...I think I have a good perspective on how f'd up conference leadership can be.

Can't wait to hear Dickie V sing Jimmy B's praises in the ACC. SU's landed in a good place.

SU did a good thing getting off that sinking ship. And on to a ship headed in the right direction!

I just wish UConn and Cinci had better luck. They don't deserve to be downgraded to middie. Both have been in BCS bowls and both have good BB programs, too. I thought UConn had a good chance to get in but the Boston College folks don't like them.

Oh well, we only have so many lifeboats. LOL
