I don't trust Denver's D anymore - switching my vote to the Saints.

I see some impressive things in all three. And dammit, my Colts still have to play two of them. But Denver is a beast and will be getting some players back on D soon, so.....

I can't wait for the Denver/KC match-ups. Especially in KC (hopefully with foul weather). The Chiefs D is for real and they could control the clock but I don't know if they can score enough. Denver's D has some serious holes to fill. They need Champ back. The Saints should probably be at the top but I'm still not sure about their D either. I'm going out on a limb voting for KC but I really like the way they are winning. Maybe I'm just old fashioned. :suds:

All have glaring holes. The Saints just don't run the ball. Not that they need to most of the time, but it comes back to bite them in the ass when they need to. I don't think the Chiefs can come from behind if they get behind a few scores or more to a good team. They lack explosiveness on offense minus Charles. The Broncos can't stop a good passing offense. This can change once Champ Bailey and Von Miller get back and back to form, but until then, this is a bad weakness that teams like the Saints and Packers will take advantage of.

So of the 3, the Broncos are the best because they have players coming back soon that will help out their weakness in a big way. Can't say that about the other 2 team's weaknesses.

Oh trust me, I'm loving the Chiefs. My kind of football. Great defense and ball control offense. I just think that the Broncos offense is better than the Chiefs defense. Should be epic games though.

This isn't the first shootout this season Denver had. I think Broncos can be more effective vs Saints D than Saints vs Broncos D. I was not expecting KC to be 5-0, but I'm still not sold on their offense. I am on their defense though.

Glad these teams are blowing their loads early.

It is end season you really want to be hot most of the time.

absolutely...

and btw the Donks getting Champ Bailey back really doesn't scare me all the much. Miller is another matter entirely...

I think the Chiefs have a pretty solid team but I wouldn't put them in the NFL's top 5 IMO.

They have had a really weak schedule so far I mean look at the teams they have beat:
@ JAX: Enough said
vs Cowboys: Seeing as how the Cowboys likely won't win more than 8 games this season I'm not sure how big of a win this was.
@ Eagles: Another pretender
Giants: Eli Manning is on pace for 36+ interceptions this year and already has 12.
@ Titans: Likely won't win more than 7 games.

They could make the playoffs based on the weakness of their schedule alone. Texans, Broncos and Colts look to be the only teams the Chiefs will play that project to win more than 8 games.

It is end season you really want to be hot most of the time.

It is better to play well in December and January than it is to play well in September, and October. Ofcourse that is true.

But it is also better to play well THE WHOLE YEAR, than it is to play will at the end of the year. Because you would have HFA.

Your point is only relevant if Denver, KC and New Orleans struggle later in the year.

I voted Broncos, but today exposed some questions about their D, to be sure.

considering that the Chiefs were considered a .500 team BEFORE the season started(6-10 by some folks) i'll gladly accept a wild card spot, which they should solidly be in good shape for...ESPECIALLY after going 2-14 last season...

still, i'll be happy to ride this as long as it lasts...

My heart tells me to go with the Chiefs but my brain tells me to go with the Saints. I think they're the best all around team in the league. A lot of people will pick the donkeys but just wait until it gets cold outside.
