When Aubrey Huff first wore his red, rhinestone-studded "Rally Thong" on Aug. 31, he made a bold prediction.

"This has 20 wins in it," Huff said at the time. "We're going to go 20-10."

With their NL West-clinching victory Sunday, the Giants indeed went exactly 20-10. So it's worth revisiting another of Huff's comments from early September.

"If it works, we're going to sell more of these than Panda hats," he said.

I think that the red thong should be the Giants' Rally Monkey. Everybody going to a game should be given a red thong to wave around, or wear.
