I have always believed that the average person doesnt know the difference between confidence and cockiness. Schwartz is cocky, not confident.

I bet you all my vcash that Schwartz joins Fish in Ram country the minute he's
gone (if). The D coordinator they have now is the ex-Lions CB coach. They want
him bad.

I truly believe Schwartz would be a D-coordinator somewhere, very soon after his dismissal, if it happens.

I think Schwartz is a good coach but last year I was left feeling that both he,
and the team has peaked. Honestly, they were the same team they were when they
were 10-6. They just took more bad bounces than good ones last year. I want to
see improvement, not just consistency. 0-6 vs. the division bro. Can't expect
any fan base to be cool w that.

I agree somewhat. The Lions really peaked with the 5-0 start in 2011, and as you said, there were some good bounces and a few ridiculous comback wins. Since that time, the team has gone 9-18 in regular season games.

I disagree with it being basically the same team last season. There were numerous injuries to the defensive secondary (I don't think we ever had the same 4 in consecutive games) and wide receivers, and no Jahvid Best.
